It establishes the fundamental rules under which the state, local municipalities, and individuals or legal entities providing child protection – including organizations without legal personality – provide assistance through specific services and measures. These aim to ensure the enforcement of children’s rights and interests as defined by law, support parents in fulfilling their responsibilities, prevent and eliminate child endangerment, replace missing parental care, and help young adults leaving child protection care to integrate into society.

Our institution provides temporary accommodation for families who have lost their homes and for expectant mothers. The service ensures that children can remain with their parents, as children cannot be separated from them for financial reasons alone. The Temporary Home for Families is not an institution for housing parents for social purposes, but a service where parents are accommodated based on their children's rights. The service is only available to residents of Érd with a permanent or temporary registered address.
