Home assistance is available for elderly residents of the city or local inhabitants in need due to their health condition. The primary goal of the service is to ensure that beneficiaries can maintain independent living. Care is provided in their own homes, tailored to individual needs and requirements.
The caregiver delivers groceries to the elderly person. The caregiver gives medicine to a bedridden patient. The caregiver heats up lunch for the elderly woman.

The presence of a caregiver provides a sense of security for the beneficiary and, in many cases, takes on a family-like role, improving the quality of life for the person in need. We ensure continuous communication between the service provider and the recipients of care, both in person and by phone.

Conditions for using the service

Home assistance is provided between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM. The duration and frequency are determined through an agreement between the coordinating organizer and the beneficiary. Performing essential care and nursing tasks takes priority over tasks that fall under social support activities.

A service fee must be paid, the amount of which is determined by the maintaining municipality through regulation. The fee cannot exceed 25% of the income for home assistance alone, or 30% if home assistance and catering services are both provided. Two food containers are required to use the catering service.

The service fee can be reviewed twice a year. In exceptional cases, if the beneficiary’s income decreases to such an extent that the fee cannot be paid, or if their income increases by more than 25% of the minimum old-age pension, a review may also be requested.
