In the Residential Home for the Elderly, care is provided for residents of Érd who have reached retirement age and have a Level III care requirement but do not need regular inpatient hospital treatment. Additionally, persons over the age of 18 who, due to illness or disability, are unable to care for themselves and have been assessed with a Level III care requirement in accordance with Decree 36/2007 (XII. 22.) SZMM, and whose care cannot be ensured in other types of nursing institutions, may also be admitted.
The Residential Home offers nursing and care services for elderly people who are no longer able, or only partly able, to care for themselves. Through effective and meaningful programs, based on individualized care plans, we aim to maintain residents’ skills and abilities, and reduce the decline in independence and social functions that often come with aging.
By creating a homelike environment, we strive to provide our residents with a balanced, safe, and active old age. We always consider the physical and mental needs of residents, taking into account their abilities, interests, and state of health. The service is available to residents of Érd for a fee, determined according to their income.

How to Apply for Admission?
Admission requires the assessment of a Level III care need. The assessment is carried out by the head of the organizational unit at the applicant’s residence after the application for admission has been submitted. The assessment also considers the applicant’s circumstances (housing, family, frailty, loneliness, etc.). The application must include a certificate from the family doctor and any other documents verifying the applicant’s medical condition (e.g., hospital discharge summaries). The monthly service fee is set at 80% of the assessed income, calculated after submitting the income and asset declaration. For more information, please contact our institution.
