This service is available to those who are still partially able to take care of themselves, but due to age, health condition, disability, psychiatric illness, addiction, or homelessness, preparing hot meals has become difficult. Meals can be picked up, consumed on-site, or delivered to the home by the institution’s vehicle. Upon request, we can also provide dairy-free and diabetic diets.

This service is available to those who are still partially able to take care of themselves, but due to age, health condition, disability, psychiatric illness, addiction, or homelessness, preparing hot meals has become difficult.

How to Apply

Requests for the service may be submitted in writing, by phone, or in person: by the applicant, relatives, the general practitioner, or by any person who notices an elderly or socially disadvantaged individual in their community without adequate care. After the application form is completed, we contact both the applicant and their family.

The detailed eligibility conditions are regulated by the municipal government in a decree. The amount of the personal contribution fee to be paid by the applicant is determined by the head of the institution and communicated in writing to the applicant when the service agreement is signed. When determining the personal contribution for social basic services, the following must be taken into account:
