We primarily provide homeless people with the opportunity to stay during the day and spend their free time meaningfully. In addition to helping resolve crisis situations, we support clients through rehabilitation-oriented social work in developing independent living skills and reintegrating into society.

The night shelter provides support for clients in crisis situations who are suddenly facing housing difficulties. It is open every day from 18:00 until 8:00 the following morning. Shared facilities are available for personal hygiene, keeping clothing clean, storing food and cooking. Clients can keep their personal belongings in lockable lockers, and we provide separate safekeeping for valuables.

The temporary shelter is open to clients who have remained trapped in long-term homelessness and are motivated to change their lives. One year is available for making changes and building a new life. During this period, social care professionals support our clients in achieving their goals through counselling, case management, care adapted to the individual’s personality, and skills development.

The Home for Homeless People provides accommodation for homeless men and women who, due to their health and mental condition, require continuous assistance. The use of this service is voluntary. Admission is preceded by an admission procedure, during which the forms and possibilities of cooperation become clear to both the caregiver and the person receiving care.

The aim of the street social outreach service is to provide social and mental health support to people who live habitually in public spaces. Our tasks include identifying homeless people living in the service area, establishing care relationships with them, maintaining contact, providing case management, and monitoring them daily during crisis periods.
