Office hours for all forms of care
- Personal consultations with heads of service and administrative staff are available, where possible, by prior appointment made by telephone.
- Appointments by telephone can be made on working days between 9:00 and 15:00.
- In-person administration with a prior telephone appointment is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9:00 and 15:00.
- In other cases, we kindly ask for your patience if waiting is necessary, and for your understanding if we are unable to answer every question immediately.
