The night shelter provides support for clients in crisis situations who are suddenly facing housing difficulties. It is open every day from 18:00 until 8:00 the following morning. Shared facilities are available for personal hygiene, keeping clothing clean, storing food and cooking. Clients can keep their personal belongings in lockable lockers, and we provide separate safekeeping for valuables.
Accommodation and the service may be used after the statutory admission requirements have been met. Our staff provide 24-hour supervision, thereby helping to ensure a sense of social security for people seeking help. Using the tools of social work, our colleagues support clients who turn to us in finding a way forward as soon as possible and in developing a more dignified life in line with individual and social norms and expectations. In addition to counselling and case management, we help our clients access further services.
